The hotel offers rooms with fantastic views of the falls that are functional and standard, with the highlight being the excellent view although the rooms themselves are a bit bland. The convenience of free bus passes adds to a warm and cozy feel, making travel to the falls easy. However, there were some issues with the service not being as hospitable as expected.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were spacious with great facilities, offering a fantastic view directly of the falls. The location was perfect, ideal for walking around and enjoying the local attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, with delays and incomplete orders. Overall, a wonderful experience with minor hiccups.
